2 The place of delivery is easily accessible and without restrictions related to the time of circulation or the type of fuel with a conventional truck.
Otherwise, the supplier may charge additional costs to the customer for the transfer to another truck or for the organization of specific mandatory time slots in certain cities where access to the streets is regulated.

3 Two authorized persons are present to receive and check the goods upon delivery. The goods are dropped off on the ground floor in front of the delivery address. At least 2 people are necessary to carry the elements of the table, the heaviest box weighing 105 kgs (one-piece slate). The carrier is only responsible for the delivery of the pallet in front of the indicated address without any other manipulation.
